Candidates certified by Ontology University have been through a 12-week instructor-led program, followed by stringent certification exam in which a candidate presents a real-world project and is thoroughly tested across the platform by a Palantir Foundry expert examiner. 

If the candidate we provide does not meet your expectations within 3 months, you will have the choice of selecting another candidate at no extra charge, or request the placement fee to be refunded in full.

Partner Employers who have specific requirements for their candidates in addition to Palantir Foundry capabilities (e.g. security clearance, snowflake experience), will have their needs included in our recruitment processes, and will have the appropriate candidates prioritized to ensure their recruitment pipeline is healthy.

Ontology University prioritizes real-world projects and challenges so that certified candidates are value-adding on day 1. Furthermore, we prioritize career-transition candidates who have already gained real-world experience so that they require very little onboarding or additional training to become effective in your organization.
